Refunds

No Refund Policy

At Luxe Tan LLC, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality tanning services and customer satisfaction. To maintain the integrity of our services, Luxe Tan LLC has established the following No Refund Policy:

 

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Once a tanning service has been completed, Luxe Tan LLC will not issue any refunds, regardless of satisfaction with the result. We encourage clients to discuss their expectations and desired outcomes with our professionals prior to starting a session.
 

2. Package and Membership Purchases

All sales of packages, memberships, or prepaid sessions are final. These cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred once purchased. Luxe Tan LLC may, at its sole discretion, allow package credits to be used by a friend or family member of the purchaser if approved in advance.
 

3. Cancellation Policy

• Single Sessions: Cancellations for single sessions must be made at least [24/48 hours] in advance. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
 

• Late Cancellations/No Shows: Clients who fail to cancel within the required notice period or do not show up for an appointment will forfeit the session without refund.
 

4. Prepaid or Deposited Sessions

Payments for prepaid or deposited sessions are non-refundable. If a client is unable to attend a prepaid session, they must inform Luxe Tan LLC within [24/48 hours] for a reschedule. Otherwise, they forfeit the session without reimbursement.
 

5. Product Purchases

All product sales (e.g., tanning lotions, skincare products) are final. Luxe Tan LLC does not offer returns or exchanges for any product sold in-store or online.
 

6. Medical or Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event a client is medically unable to continue with services, Luxe Tan LLC may consider a partial credit or transfer of remaining package sessions, provided valid medical documentation is presented. Luxe Tan reserves the right to approve or deny any such requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

By purchasing our services or products, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to Luxe Tan’s No Refund Policy. This policy applies to all clients, and exceptions will not be made for dissatisfaction, changes in schedule, or personal reasons.
